Sure if that company is a scam. But sense the company’s block chain isn’t a private ledger. That company wouldn’t last but 1 mass sell and they would never be able to accumulate real investors again. So yeah a company could do it once. Maybe twice if they are lucky. But again they would most certainly have to understand the death sentence to follow
