I beg to differ with you! I've highlighted in bold, comments within your last two posts which clearly indicate an attitude toward the compensation Mark & his team have received! And don't blame any misunderstanding due to being a foreigner, as you have a very strong knowledge of the English language, clearly expressing yourself and your feelings! Bottom line is that your constant whining/fault finding is extremely close to being similar to, and thus considered to be - BASHING! If your intent is not to bash, then you desperately need to back off your constant whining! Give it a rest! If there is so much about SFOR that displeases you I recommend that you spend your time on liehub, where they would welcome you and enjoy your constant whining. Just to get it clear
They are making $185k a year and they gifted themselves another $60k in shares.
No problem with that, I guess it's the American way to run a business, you reward the people in charge even when company is losing money.
Did I get this right?
Correct me if I'm wrong, I am a foreigner after all with limited English ability and not so bright in a lot of things.

By the way, to answer your question I have no beef for a company to reward big time their CEO and others running the show when companies are making millions and billions and shareholders benefiting for their hard work .
