You have a good point. For all we ,his involvement with the company may not commence until February 1st. I don't know that he'll ever need to be in Israel, where most of the personnel are, and his involvement in Board meetings could easily be done with teleconferencing.
I think it's very clear he's involved with the company, when they'll officially announce it, who knows. Of course much the same is true of so much the company is doing. Do you realize that we have virtually no information on the Phase 1 Trial for fibromyalgia, yet that trial apparently started last quarter if the timeline in their most recent corporate presentation is correct.
I do not know if we'll learn any more before the Wall St. Conference, but they would be foolish not to discuss all that they're doing there. As for notifying investors, they could say they did that when they issued the latest presentation. Their frankly is a lot of information there, if in fact the schedule shown there is still up to date, they've be doing quite a bit in the last year, but they've said little about what they've done.
