Case is ready for judge to weigh in on appeal (injunction). Status is listed as ready for disposition on briefs as of 1/5/18.

The other cases have no trial dates set yet.
I would think the injunction is the big one. If QMC wins in keeping it in place, they can avoid dilution by L2 and SBI until the claimed default cases are settled in the spring (I'm guessing).
