Agreed, all in the same position. Soon, can't be soon enough. With the right news? I won't be mad at them. LOL Its hard to say with SongBird. I don't know why it wasn't the right direction. I bought one of my companies licenses (Different industry) in the beginning, if based on the performance of the company that held the license prior to me it wasn't a good deal. But under the right leadership it was worth paying for. I assume there had to be a big deal breaker or liability associated with the deal to pull out when they did. I do wonder what it was? But cannot disagree with you, enough time has passed to release what's next? Even the financials, in truth it is hard to understand what's so complicated there either? What could be the holdup to release them and proceeding with the name change? But obviously all from a limited and seems to be equally frustrated prospective from all of us.
