Just over 18k total on bid now at .70, two separate orders. THAT's quite a change. 29k on bid at .69 is still there too.
Looks like someone wants some bargain shares and there are no sellers. Volume still under 60k.
Remember, we've had some over 400k days, though the usual volume has been around 200k. So we're WAY behind on volume, compared to what it should be at this time.
If there is a lot of buying at the close, that will tell us something.
