I believe you've been misled by that poster.
The reason is that Thermo Fisher owns Remel Microbiology Products, one of the largest petri plate suppliers and I can't see them having the least interest in the NanoLogix product line of petri plates or in the early version of the N-Assay.
So you're using a company PR about someone approaching NanoLogix and tying it into a post on Yahoo in order to arrive at your statement of NanoLogix passing up deals in the past?
Doesn't work for me.
The Yahoo post was most likely Beach Sand.
