Leo could move K for Ped.R (or KPR) OR BOM through the approval process (BOM should be a fairly strong shoe-in) and once there would be elligible for the Priority review designation and voucher.
As I understand it,the PRV can be used to advance another drug much more quickly through the FDA (6 mos.or more) and (to most Pharmas) save hundreds of millions and valuable time in the drug approval process.
They can be sold to another Pharma as well.and are valued in the 100's of millions of $.
With that in mind,what could Leo possibly do with 1 or 2 PRV's worth $350mm-$700mm???
