Agree, i see adults all the time on the phone, I used to work for FEMA and was on the PC 25% of the time, lucky no accidents. thank God.
Maybe DMV will make it mandatory for multiple offenders like breathalyzers for DUI's, tech could be set up easy.
Seeing how distracted driving kills more than drunk driving.
Calif. will be the first I bet. IMO
