Good points and questions. I don’t think it would need to be proven that they control the market. All they need to do is have an effect on prices to be manipulation. By paying bashers, controlling posts through deletions by obviously biased mods and poster “jail” they clearly are attempting to manipulate sentiment and therefore price. If all this could be proven there would definitely be grounds for antitrust but I’m sure they have lawyers who’ve thought way beyond me or you. Ihub reeks of mafia style tactics. IMO it’s a new age form of organized crime. All the bashers and even the reps I’ve talked to have the scummiest attitude to... you’d really have to be a total pos to be a paid basher/short scammer...
