I don’t believe Royal Capital Group was created to fund the company. I believe it was created to pay for Foley’s personal expenses while he was on leave. Why bother going through all the trouble of creating Royal Capital Group to fund the company when the company can simply issue shares on its own? That money, or at least a portion of it over the past year, could have come from the $21 million investor.
