David, I am hoping you can elaborate a bit regarding the following reply I received today from IR to my question regarding our new future CEO.

A new CEO can’t be announced as the Board won’t be ratified until the meeting, and then the board must select a new CEO.

Lets just go with a scenario of a 99.9% probability all 4 BOD listed on the proxy will be voted in. If this in fact comes to pass:

1. Do you and the other BOD members have an individual in mind for CEO waiting and ready to be appointed once the board is officially ratified?

2. Is this candidate someone currently outside of the NTEK organization?

3. Are there any immediate plans for a CFO?

4. Given the previous poor choices made with respect to filling the CEO position should NTEK SH's have any confidence the 3rd time is the charm?
