On December 1, 2017, The United States District Court for the Central District of California issued an opinion in the StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. v. SecureAuth Corp. case, which invalidated claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,870,599, 8,484,698 and 8,713,701 under 35 U.S.C. §101. StrikeForce strongly disagrees with the court’s decision and intends to IMMEDIATELY appeal the ruling to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit once the court enters final judgment.
