This thing has completely flat-lined in the past 6-7 weeks. All technicasl are flat, not very telling as this hasn't traded on technicals for some time now... Volume is coming back but nothing extraordinary. Price is staying flat with increased volume which could indicate someone strategically picking up lots of shares in the background, yet OBV does not seem to agree with that scenario... weird. Hopefully we get something next week from SHM
