I was in Ed's Editions, my favorite Columbia bookstore, last week and picked up a copy of Sidney's Religion in a Free Society. It's been over forty years since I have read anything by him. I can remember, during the 80's I think it was, that I used to enjoy watching him speak on PBS from time to time.
