Pete, I have no idea what that means.
My bid (between the existing bid and the ask) NEVER showed up on the Level 2 at either otcmarkets.com OR on my broker's streamer. And, the two "Level 2"s were different from each other.
I think it's because of the multiple platforms for OTC trading, not all the data is being transmitted to each of the Level 2 providers. It would be so much easier if we could see what ALL the bids and asks are.
