It is a factor, that most ppl other than the very tech-savvy members here (myself excluded from the tech savvy), do not yet fully understand Blockchain as a phenomenon, nor how crypto-currencies work or their reason-for-being, and need reassurance that Strikeforce has set things up to insulate shareholders from risk in the new subsidiary.

When deals are announced, it will be much harder to buy below .02-.03, imho.
