Remember the past couple of filings stated business deals and transactions following the quarter deadlines so we could very well see so-called 'Subsequent Events' within the upcoming Q/K/annual at the end of this month. I think Mr. Berman knows exactly what he can have in the filing and will produce!
Would be great to see that Colorado redomicile and FINRA name/ticker change in the next couple of weeks...
