im not going into detail but a coupon deal webpage that live once was is now a growing nano cap conglomerate. They buy profitable companies and hold them the purchases are with profits and debt not stock (anti dilutive). Livedeal.com is still active but not yet turning a profit and who knows if it is shut down or reinvigorated. I think the latter but there is no indication from live management that they are investing into the webpage now.
