Because he's a trader. Because his trading day ends when yours starts. If they play their cards right they can make a lot of money arbitraging stocks, particularly penny stocks where bid offer price ranges can be manipulated. Because the Germans, Swiss and to a lesser degree the British play these penny stock games. The real problem with this guy is that he masqueraded as an investor. That makes him a liar and stock manipulator.
