Trump is badly 'underwater' with his approval ratings among a majority of Americans. That disapproval 'captures' small business owners in the aggregate ratings.
Thus Adam's 'contention' is meaningless in any electoral sense.
And calling Trump a 'master persuader' badly undermines most of what Adam's claims, because it is simply laughable.
