I agree - every day this year asks of 250M have been bought out in minutes before people realized what happened and the stock goes on to do 500M > 1B+ on just the first day of a run. With $INCC being relatively thin to the upside in the .0003 > .0010+ range compared to those, we are almost certainly going to get a 500% run from the current entry price of .0002 at some point in 2018 and then hold at least a .0005 base for the future runs after that.
