Timing here on the court case being settled or dismissed is very interesting to say the least. We have a big meeting about to start tomorrow in China and sweet bits of new DD are being found on the daily. Hopefully this means the company's silence can now be broken and things will start moving ahead at lightning speed. When they start to speak, the pps will respond accordingly!
