also, not talking the pps drop but the news today should be expectedand probably answers one of our questions.
the comprehensive update said AMBS would give away all is AVDX shares. when we announced the reacquisition of the diagnostics and recieving 30M AVDX shares, we weren't sure if we'd sign the tender and then close the diagnostic deal, thereby keeping 30M shares for ourselves, or if they lenders would also get those 30M
it should be clear now that lenders want those 30M shares too. we're getting 45 extra days of freedom for it, and we'll still keep the assets
