I did a count of today’s T trades and added it to the total:
From the Oct 31st 10-q and as of Dec 10, there were 63.08 million convertible shares issued. That was when the O/S were around 1.537 billion A shares. That count has gone up to 1.553 billion, an increase of 16 million shares. I don’t think these 16 million are part of a convertible note, but we will see.
As of today, I count 62.86 million T trades, this leaves about 250,000 shares from Oct 31st
