Bid increased to 516M now at .0001.
A few morons have been adding to the ask at .0002 - 80M in the last 3 days - but that is always the problem when iHub mentality people get in off-the-bottom OTC stocks for a quick flip incorrectly thinking it will allow them back in at the same price they originally got in at. There are enough high volume traders in $INCC that will attempt to prevent them from doing so.
