So many times stocks appear to be dead then bounce back. As long as it is trading means something is going on.
Guess if one has the patience they could try to make some cash from buy and sell.
I'm in TECO which is facing the same. Legal issues. After 6 years it could be roaring back to life. It gewt's wnough negative attention on another board ... lol .... there is still a major threat .
