My understanding of BlockSafe Tech.
It is a sub, which means we, SFOR, owns it.
Anything that it does positively, should directly impact SFOR's PPS, since it is part of SFOR. Exp. Pizza Hut, Taco Bell or KFC, They are part of YUM.
We as investors do not have to participate in the crypto currency to invest in BlockSafe, we already own it. This option being used a way to bank roll the new business that way they don't have to do anything with SFOR shares or company to raise funds.
Down the road and I mean down the road, if BlockSafe has established itself and SFOR's main company has established itself, then BlockSafe could potentially spinoff into its own ticker. At that time, SFOR could elect to give SFOR shareholders, shares of the new ticker. Again, DOWN THE ROAD.
Does this sound correct?
While I love the news and future potential, we still need solid, confirmed deals/revenue.
