This was the point I was making yesterday, I don't know that a reduction of the share increase would in and of itself would cause a price bump (because even a reduction would still be an increase over the 3bil now). But I think a repeated pattern of raising it and then stepping it back would lend some credibility to the "poison-pill' idea. That I think is worth something to a long, but I don't know if it will create demand per se, think the only way we see old or new highs is with financing news.
For me its one of two things: Its the herald of scammy dilution (and I share others opinion that this is a pretty poor scam if it is one) or its preparation, for financing perhaps? Both equity (obviously) and debt (hopefully).
I am banking on the latter, and time will tell.
