So to recap, I found this link where Kevin Barnes appears to be the chairman of our new entity.

Basically, I don't think our subsidiary is 100% wholly owned, meaning we own more than 50%. So my hypothesis is this guy and a few others own some of our new company, and with all their connections it looks like a good deal for us.
Not saying that tweet involves us but it appears we have a similar connection We also need to learn more about our new CEO Chris Henry
