Connections for initial sales? I think we can be assured that SFOR at least owns part of Blocksafe. As you said before, it may be that employees including the CEO are given stock. If a company is a subsidiary, by definition that means the parent company must own at least 50% of it. If the CEO has connections for a million in sales right off the bat, IMO that would be worth equity. All speculation here as these are not based on anything but my opinion.
