There are "audited" OTC companies that are just as manipulated as un-audited ones.
It doesn't matter in the OTC...most valuations are to low and will be subject to manipulations no matter what the company does.
When it makes business sense to do it, I'm sure they will do it.
People will always speculate...goes with the territory. Do your own DD aside from a stock message board and make your own calls on your investment decisions....
Shareholders meeting coming up...should address many questions
