But sox, the penalty was nothing, lighter than a slap on the wrist, which speaks to the whole collusion/protection game being played by the very entities that are supposed to stop the crime of continuing NSS. I suggest everyone read Pete's post #40860 for a reasoned take on the subject. "New Monitoring" means nothing. But T+0 could solve the problem immediately!
