NTEK should issue an immediate explanation to shareholders for todays new and latest downgrade on the OTC from stop sign down to the lowest possible rating "Skull bones" and (Buyer Beware).

There are several possible explanations listed on the OTC website for this latest downgrade but rather than us guessing, it would be nice if the company came forward with a factual explanation.
