I think the voting is going to be a very tight process. If IR is doing its job, which I’m sure they are, they will match every vote to an account. It’s pretty hard to fake ownership if you are asking for statements etc.
I’m sure some will find a way to game the system, but I don’t expect a high number at all. I’m sure any vote that looks close to suspicious is being tossed
