That YE selloff was most likely tax selling and NOT dilution. Not surprised there was a quick "recovery " off those lows. Big test will be how long it takes to get thru VNDM who has been parked at 16 for a long time. Looks like Gurba struck a deal with one of the lenders that they wouldnt sell/convert below 16.
