I and many are left with this blank about how the ICO is going to work as our shares will be transfered over to the Delaware company. If that is the case we relinquish our Hjoe shares do we not?

So then how does Hjoe acquire our commons if our commons are gone? Unless it comes down to the choice of whether we chose to transfer and convert or just stay in the Hjoe entity?

this I believe has been the confusing part if I may speak on behalf of the others as well..
