Interestingly, remember that the original 8k in March said the AS was going to 10bil, but then afterwards Maple 'waived' the 2nd tranche of shares and they instead amended their articles to be the 5bil class A and B split. Some of the longs can correct me if I remember wrong but I think people were talking poison pills back then too. I have always taken that situation and the class B share outcome as Hanks doing whatever he needed to make sure He/Maple were the absolute controlling interest.

It will be interesting to see if the same pattern occurs here. It is certainly not the kind of filing I was hoping for, but time will tell. GLTA.
