They are warrants with a strike of $0.11 if I recall and I think the expiration is 2020. So unless our stock price drops precipitously I don't think they will expire worthless.
Some on the boards are under the impression they are only in place for voting control if needed and won't be exercised. I couldn't find any hard evidence of that though. I hope it's the case but I'm not sure.
