Why?

I’m fine with reducing shares. Has nothing to do with a R/S. If they plan to buy back shares and hold them in treasury stock they can sell the shares on the open market once they appreciate.

I think the reduction is telling us they don’t think they will need to issue shares anymore. It’s showing strength.
