To answer this question let's look at each bee product.

Bee pollen is the pollen that the bees collect on their bodies. It is rich in minerals, vitamins, protein, lipids, and carbohydrates. This pollen could also contain some saliva from the bees. This pollen is not in honey or other bee products.
Royal jelly is a milky-white, nutritious, thick substance that is produced by the worker bees with water, nectar, and flower sperm. This jelly is food for the drones and the worker bee larvae to get them started in life. The queen bee lives on this throughout her life.
Honey is the sweet liquid the honeybees make in their hives. It is mainly made from flower nectar, even though there are types produced from other food sources. Bees collect the nectar from the flowers and take it back to their hives for the other bees to store in the cells of the honeycomb. Over the days to follow, the transformation happens into honey.
Propolis is a resin-like substance produced by the bees to help seal cracks in the hives. It is made from resinous substances in tree buds and then secreted by the bees glands.
