If the 3rd quarter is audited as per the OTC ONCI profile page - and it's a stretch at best to say this status is erroneous - that means the first and second quarter are also audited. First, second, and third quarter financials also flow into the fourth quarter. At minimum, the annual report due 31 January 18 is 75% audited.
