SH Buyback proposal of at least 100M shares is amazingly good and NTEK also anticipates accomplishing this using only 10% of their profits AND WITHIN ONE CALENDAR YEAR! This is mind boggling given our current 179M O/S.

I haven't even had time to review the new directors credentials as I cannot stop smiling over what the SH buyback will mean and translate for SH value!!
