Let him know this...
Better buy some of Shoals new find..IT'S going UP....and it's BLOCKCHAIN...
AND take a look at what a low floater can do pps wise...
Then tell him to do as Socky predicted...and to buy back or retired about 5 billions shares and he to can have a low floater...
