Either enforce current immigration law or we could remove your lucrative revenue stream, i.e. cannabis. No one, I'm aware of, is making that connection. But these kinds of proclamations never occur in a vacuum and it does appear to be a reversal on recent policy. I certainly don't believe it's reprisal against Obama policy. So why now?
