He already answered that. Your shares in the Colorado company will transfer to shares in the Delaware company. Those shares will then trade on the OTC. Whether or not you want to get involved with any cryptocurrency is an option they will provide.

The Delaware shares are intended to be tradeable at standard brokerage houses, and any trades will be in dollars. Spotcoin is to be available, subject to rules and regulations, as an exchange among cryptocurrencies and other currencies. not mandatory, just a product offering at this point.
He followed it up with this.
The start engine broker makes it available for any brokerage firm that wants to be able to sell the stock for people, but there should be a mechanism to get the shares to any broker that is willing to trade them, and there should be several.
