The letter probably addressed a simple change. SB is changing domiciles and name AND going from a stand alone entity to a holding company. And, he/we were hoping to have it done in the EOY/Holiday timeframe. About 3 more reasons for a delay to a system that has a rep for slow turnarounds.
Oh well, nothing much any of us can do to move the guy at FINRA with the stamp.
Patience - when it happens, it will be well worth the wait.
