Usually the FINRA numbers are compiled and published 1-2 hours after the close. IMHO they report the true figures daily because huge fines have been levied against those like UBSS, Credit Suisse, etc. when they didn't report accuratly. They also know that two weeks gives them more than enough time to hide their crimes and not incriminate themselves. T+0 is going to solve the problem when fully implemented. Go IPIX!!!
