SFOR has 2.3 billion shares (as per last filing) outstanding (OS).
For this ticker to trade at $1, SFOR would have to show about $100-$200 Million in Revenue annually. Read about how to value a stock.

Always do your own due diligence (DD). Especially, by verifying anything posted on boards (good or bad posts).
After a while you should be able to judge posters motives (good or bad).
Do you own the products of the company your invested in? You dont have to like the product, you should understand it and know how it works.
A lot has to happen for $30-$40 a share. Huge contracts lasting multiple years, share buy backs, dozens of lawsuit victories at $50-$100 Million each with lisencing, etc. DO YOUR DD!!!
IF this were trading at $10 per share today, I would be worth over $300Million. Hope that puts things into perspective for you.
