Begs the question about impact on State GDP, in other words the skills or lack of same of the people migrating.
The GDP of any ONE of the 'out migration' States exceeds, greatly, bigly, the aggregate GDP of the 5 'in migration' States.
Additionally the redistribution of Fed taxes from 5 'out' to the 5 'in' makes their low tax rates possible.
